Vaccine Requirements
We require that dogs have the Distemper/Parvo combination vaccine, and the Rabies vaccine. Bordatella is recommended but not required.
If you choose not to vaccinate, we will accept titer tests for the specified diseases.
A note about puppy vaccines: To attend sessions, puppies are required to have started their vaccines (distemper and parvo) and be determined healthy by a vet. They do NOT have to have the Rabies vaccine yet. The risk of developing behavior problems if not socialized early in life is much higher than the risk of getting diseases around other healthy and vaccinated pups. If you don't get your pup out around other dogs and people during the critical socialization period of their life (which ends before vaccines are finished typically), you run a much higher risk of not getting the well-rounded dog you need.
